Our DEI team has successfully wrapped up our fourth annual Pride Month Food & Toiletry Drive! Team members gathered essential items for donation to local organizations near our main offices, highlighting ShopCore’s unwavering dedication to community support and inclusivity.

Companies can foster inclusive environments for LGBTQIA+ employees by implementing comprehensive non-discrimination policies, providing diversity and inclusion training, and establishing employee resource groups. Additionally, they should ensure equitable benefits, create safe channels for reporting discrimination, and visibly support LGBTQIA+ causes and events.
