Tyler Benjamin
Senior Vice President, Head of People and Culture, ShopCore and EQ Office
As SVP, Head of People and Culture, Tyler Benjamin oversees the talent strategy of EQ Office and ShopCore’s Human Resources function, which includes designing an organization that fosters collaboration and innovation, creating opportunities to help employees reach their potential, and shaping and sustaining an ever-evolving company culture across the organization.
Mr. Benjamin brings over 25 years of talent leadership experience building and supporting teams at a variety of large and operationally complex organizations. He recently joined the organization from Netflix, where he spent five years in HR Business Partner leadership roles across the company. Most recently, he was Vice President and HR Business Partner for Studio Operations and Production, a position in which he set and drove the talent strategy for the global production organization, led the enterprise-wide 360 review process and played a key role in evolving the company culture as Netflix scaled significantly. Previously, he served as SVP, Head of Human Resources at SoulCycle, and before that, held HR leadership roles at NBCUniversal and Discovery Communications in New York and London.
Mr. Benjamin holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University in Economics & Spanish and earned an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
