Mikki Ward
Senior Vice President, Technology, ShopCore and EQ Office
Mikki Ward serves as Senior Vice President of Technology for EQ Office and ShopCore, overseeing the organization’s IT function. With over 20 years of technology experience, Mikki utilizes tech as a partnership opportunity to help develop and advance tools to best suit our tenants and property management teams while driving investment in data analytics, AI, and automation across the portfolio. She focuses on enhancing customer relationships and property management capabilities through tech.
In her prior role, Ms. Ward served as Chief Information officer at Northwest Hardwoods, North America’s largest hardwood lumber manufacturer, where she built and executed strategy to deliver business-wide infrastructure and application enhancement and support. She also spent more than 10 years at Weyerhaeuser, a premier timber, land and forest products company, as Director of Information Technology.
Ms. Ward holds a BA in Business, Management Information Systems and Services from Washington State University College of Business and Economics, as well as a PMP from the Project Management Institute. She is a board member on the Blackstone PropTech Advisory and serves on the Motorola Product Advisory Council. She is based in Seattle, Washington.
