Kori Murphy
Vice President of Asset Management
Ms. Murphy joined ShopCore Properties in 2022 and serves as Vice President of Asset Management. Ms. Murphy primarily focuses her extensive real estate experience on our West Coast assets. She previously held the position of Head of Investments for Southern California at Merlone Geier Partners, where she spent 12 years and completed over $4.3 billion in transactions, including the significant disposition of the BP Portfolio to Blackstone/ShopCore in January 2020.
Prior to her tenure at Merlone Geier, Ms. Murphy spent four years at Berkeley Capital Advisors, specializing in retail investment sales in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Ms. Murphy is a proud alumna of Wake Forest University, where she played Division I soccer. She grew up in San Diego and continues to be actively involved in the community.
