As SVP for EQ Office and ShopCore, Kirsten Hull oversees development u0026amp; construction activities of all assets across the portfolio, including the recently completed $500m+ redevelopment of the iconic Willis Tower in Chicago. The centerpiece of the transformed Willis Tower includes a 300k sf retail, dining and entertainment complex dubbed Catalog, a full elevator modernization program, 125k sf of exclusive tenant amenities, and a 30k sf outdoor deck and garden.rnrnPrior to joining EQ, Ms. Hull was Portfolio Manager for McCaffery Interests (MI), working on behalf of the University of Chicago’s commercial real estate group. At MI, she led all aspects of asset management for an 800k sf portfolio of retail, office and undeveloped land. Prior to McCaffery, Ms. Hull was Development Director at Joseph Freed u0026amp; Associates (JFA) where she worked on the Sullivan Center redevelopment in downtown Chicago, a 1m sf national historic landmark transformed into a 15-story mixed-use office and retail complex.rnrnMs. Hull holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University and earned her MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She serves on the Advisory Boards for Urban Land Institute’s Chicago District Council and Women’s Leadership Initiative, is a Chicago Loop Alliance board member, a member of Commercial Real Estate Women of Chicago, and a mentor for the Goldie Wolfe Miller Initiative, and Princeton AlumniCorps.
