Josh Hatfield

Mr. Hatfield serves as the President of EQ Office and ShopCore.

Mr. Hatfield is an exceptional leader in commercial real estate with decades of investing and operating experience. In 2021, Mr. Hatfield co-founded Eagle Point Capital Partners, a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring, developing and operating premier office properties in high-growth, technology-anchored innovation markets.

Previously, Mr. Hatfield served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP), a publicly traded company that provides end-to-end real estate solutions for dynamic tech and media tenants. He was responsible for asset management, construction, portfolio operations, ESG and the firm’s studio vertical, while also managing a team of more than 250 employees serving over 1,000 tenants across the company’s five operating regions and 20 million-square-foot portfolio.

Prior to HPP, Mr. Hatfield held a number of senior positions at GE Capital Real Estate, where he oversaw joint venture and wholly owned real estate in west coast markets. He began his career at GE as Director of Debt Originations, operating in Chicago and San Francisco, with responsibility for originating new real estate loans and specialty debt investments.

After graduating from West Point with a Bachelor of Science in International and Strategic History and a Minor in Systems Engineering, Mr. Hatfield served as a U.S. Army infantry officer before attending University of Illinois to earn his Master of Business Administration degree.
